After a stint in the restaurant industry, she dedicated herself to nurturing her two children. Monica Osorio

Comptroller

Monica’s journey began in Cali, Colombia and later led her to the United States. Her professional path started as a dedicated school teacher, where she honed her skills in communication, organization, and empathy. Her passion for learning and adapting to new environments led her to further develope her customer service and financial acumen.

Later, Monica transitioned to a management role with a small family run business, where she gained experience in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, and ensuring quality service delivery. Her tenure with the business for 9 years not only enhanced her leadership abilities but also deepened her understanding of logistical and quality control aspects crucial for business sustainability.

Upon partnering with Renovari, Monica’s sharp eye for potential and strategic planning were put to use. Her role as a Comptroller allowed her to apply her financial expertise and attention to detail, ensuring that the business had robust back-office support and financial stability. As Project Management Director at Renovari, Gabriel fuses his extensive experience from different sectors to lead with vision and precision. His route to this role was marked by adaptability, notably during the Covid pandemic when he founded Vale Painting Services. Currently, as the Project Management Director at Renovari, Gabriel focuses his extensive project execution skills and visionary leadership on enhancing commercial investment properties with comprehensive interior and exterior renovations. After the walkthrough, our team promptly gets to work on crafting a detailed quote. Depending on the complexity of the project, we strive to have quotes ready within 24 to 48 hours. This efficiency reflects our commitment to respecting our client’s time and keeping the renovation process streamlined.

Once our quote is approved, we transition into the planning phase. This involves meticulously detailing the labor requirements and identifying the necessary materials for the project. Our goal is to ensure every aspect of the renovation is carefully considered and accounted for.

Residential

Throughout the renovation process, we maintain an ongoing line of communication with our clients. Daily progress reports are sent to keep them informed about the developments on-site. This level of transparency empowers our clients with real-time updates, fostering a sense of trust and confidence in our team’s capabilities.

We understand the value of visual documentation in a renovation project, and that’s why we provide our clients with a visual journey of the transformation. Before-and-after pictures are shared to showcase the remarkable progress made. Finally, we believe in the importance of a final walkthrough.
